Lap Jungle : Channeled Extraterrestrial Art: Manoamao Tribe, Andromeda

Here I worked with Flora from the Manoamao Tribe to merge photos together in hopes of simulating a landscape on her planet. The challenge is that I can't use anyone else's photos - no stock stuff, no Photoshop elements. Her lesson here was that no matter where you are, you have the tools to create something completely unique out of what you have right at your fingertips.

In this case, I literally took photos of my lap, in bed, as well as a wifi color lamp on the dresser. The landscape photo was taken a few months ago in the Hollywood Hills on one of my walks.

She seemed happy with the outcome, but who is to know what our human eyes would see if we were viewing her environment. To assume that our eyes see on the same spectrum is pointless. I don't try to mix physics anymore. I just go with the feeling.

Photos were taken with my iPhone, using Adobe Capture for all but the landscape. Blended in Photoshop Mix because it's my latest addiction.
